What is the return policy?
All sales are final except for products that arrive broken. Exchanges or refunds for broken defective merch only. All other sales are final.
Step One: Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 business days of reciept of item and let us know would like to exchange an item and send us info on the product, a copy of packing slip, a picture of the item, and why you are returning it.
Required for all returns:the product along with the original packing with any and all associated tags, inserts, and accessories, as well as the original packing slip so that we can credit you for the return. Buyer pays any/all shipping costs and responsible for making sure product arrives to distributor without damage.

Please email us a picture of the item and copy of the packing slip to email@example.com. We will help facilitate an exchange for a replacement item if possible. If not, a refund will be processed.
